WHAT IT IS...
The IAESTE Training and Motivation Seminar JUMP is mainly focused on workshops on various IAESTE tasks and personal skills development.
 

WHO PARTICIPATES...
Everyone who is in touch with IAESTE, particularly new members or the ones with new growing responsibilities.
 

JUMP AIMS...

• Train and Motivate future IAESTE leaders,
• Share IAESTE knowledge,
• Broaden the IAESTE network and make friends from all over the world.
   

To reach this goal, interesting and interactive working groups, co-ordinated by experienced members are held. There are also plenty of speeches, company sits, and parties.

We target members who are new in the organisation or with new responsibilities, but most importantly we target the ones who are full of desire to do something more than a traineeship.
